Your rights. You can access, correct or delete your information, withdraw consent, and opt out of marketing at any time.
Where you choose to tell us, we collect health and medical information such as injuries, medical conditions and physical limitations. Martial arts is a contact sport, so this lets our coaches train you safely and respond properly in an emergency. We collect this information with your consent, use it only for your safety and your program, and share it only with the coaches who need it.
If you start a membership, your payment details are collected and stored by Stripe, our payment processor. We do not store card numbers. You can read how Stripe handles your data in their privacy policy at stripe.com/au/privacy.
Some information is collected automatically when you visit our website. It does not usually identify you personally, and it includes:
Directly from you when you book a free class, enrol as a member, sign a waiver, email or call us, or use our member app. Automatically through our website when you browse it. Occasionally from other sources such as publicly available information or marketing partners, where you have consented to that sharing.
We do not sell your personal information. Ever.
We share personal information only with service providers who help us run the business, and only the minimum they need to do their job. We have agreements in place with these providers requiring them to protect your information and use it only as we instruct. The categories are:
We may also share your information with our related entities, who are required to handle it in line with this policy, and with our business partners where we offer joint services or promotions. If our business is ever sold, merged or restructured, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
We may disclose information where the law requires it, or where we reasonably believe disclosure is necessary to prevent harm or to establish or defend a legal claim.
Our website uses cookies and similar technologies such as web beacons and pixels. Some are essential for the site to work and to keep it secure. Others help us understand how the site is used and let us show relevant advertising. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though some features may not work as well.
We use Google Analytics to understand how our website is used, including its advertising features for remarketing, demographics and interests reporting. You can opt out of Google Analytics at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout and manage advertising preferences at adssettings.google.com. Google's own privacy policy is at policies.google.com/privacy.

We keep your personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes described in this policy, unless a longer period is required by law, for example tax and accounting obligations. Membership and payment records are generally kept for seven years to meet those obligations. When we no longer need your information, we delete it or make it anonymous. Where that is not possible because it sits in secure backups, we isolate it from further use until deletion is possible.
We use secure systems with encryption in transit (HTTPS) and at rest, role-based access controls, and regular reviews of our tools and providers. No digital system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee your information will never be accessed improperly. If there is ever a data breach that is likely to cause you serious harm, we will notify you and the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner in line with the Notifiable Data Breaches scheme.
We run junior programs, so we do collect personal information about children, but we collect it from a parent or guardian rather than from the child. When you enrol your child we collect their name, date of birth, any medical information relevant to their safety, and their attendance. This information is stored against your account as the parent or guardian.
We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from a child without the consent of a parent or guardian, and we do not market to children. If you believe we have collected information from a child without consent, contact us and we will delete it.
